Description: Nutritionally similar to salmon and high in Omega-3 fatty acids, these fish have a soft pink meat that is halfway between trout and salmon in flavor.

Fun Facts: Char live further north than any other freshwater fish. They often attempt to eat fish up to 1/3 of their size.
