Description: This is a high oil, high fat fish with a pronounced flavor. The meat flakes in circular patterns similar to tuna. Raw meat is greyish in color. Some people find it to be too "fishy".

Fun Facts: King Mackerel can jump 20 feet or more into the air while feeding.
