Uses in Cooking: This somewhat delicate fish can be baked, fried, broiled, poached, blackened, grilled, and sauteed.

Description: This bright white fish is extremely mild and easy to work with. It has large flakes and low oil. I don't recommend cooking it with the skin on. It can be frozen, but the quality will suffer some.
Fun Facts: These fish have 1 or 2 long fangs in the front of their mouth that they use for attacking prey.
