Description: This firm and mild flavored meat is forgiving when cooking.  It takes up flavors well when used in stews.

Fun Facts: Females of this species live in reefs in shallow water, while males live separately in deep water.  These fish feed heavily on mantis shrimps, which are themselves quite interesting.
